  • Type: Retail, Shopping Centers and Mixed-use properties

  • Size: 50,000 SF or more 

  • Geographic Preference: United States; Top 70 Metropolitan Statistical Areas

  • Focus: Minimum 80% space occupied by national retailers in growing markets with great demographics

Development / Redevelopment

  • Type: Retail, Shopping Centers and Mixed-use properties

  • Size: 10,000 SF or more

  • Geographic Preference: United States; Top 100 Metropolitan Statistical Areas

  • Focus: Suburban and Downtown locations with excellent demographics and traffic counts

Value-Add Properties

  • Type: Retail and Shopping Centers Size: 50,000 SF or more 

  • Geographic Preference: United States; Top 100 Metropolitan Statistical Areas

  • Focus: growing markets with good demographics
